Kirtlington Park has wide lawns, wild-flower meadows, enchanting woodland areas and far-reaching views. Other amenities surrounding the house include a nearby stable block, a lake, cottages, barns, outbuildings and a polo ground, which can be used by arrangement.

Our spectacular formal rooms on the first floor include a Ballroom, Library, Drawing Room, Hall and Dining Room.

Unusual for period properties of this kind, the ground floor has excellent easily accessible spaces, such as the Servants’ Hall, Billiards Room and Butler’s Pantry for production and support teams.

We have fourteen double-occupancy bedrooms, the majority with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have been recently decorated with a distinctive and individual style.
